| Hillman Super minx For Sale (1965) edit C59430 | | | The Super minx is the more desired rare estate version which has floor change gearbox.The interior of the car does need some TLC and a good clean but the dash top is unusually sound,some cracking on the dash wood laquer (as usual) parcel shelf needs work, the front drivers seat needs repairing, stitching undone (see pics) I have a correct coloured roll of carpet with some green leather for the edging included but you need to fit & shape these,The exterior of the car does need some TLC here & there although it does seam solid & generally good with the odd scratch / blemish ,shines well when polished, front arches need a little detailing ,some minor welding needed to outriggers & probably a new drivers side sill but floors seam sound .The drivers rear bottom tailgate hinge as come away but a very easy repair though fatigue, not rot(very minor welding ).The engine is shot although turns over ,a miracle in its self .The engine has a big hole in the block ( I have a another engine that may be used for a rebuild but condition unknown) Viewing is highly recommended and advised .Please note I have never driven this car ,purchased like you ,if you buy, with no waranties No idea of running condition so selling as spares or repair.This is an old car & should be purchased as such.Vehicle is based in sheffield
