Ex Works Healey For Sale (1959) | | | http://www.historicmotorsportsconsultancy@btinternet.com | Documented proof of authenticity[photos,letters etc]this car was one of three cars obtained from the works by Donald Grimshaw who used it to great effect on the Monte and numerous other international rallies.Full works specification,the car was restored 30yrs ago,immediately after its restoration it was sadly locked away into a de-humidified environment,it only resurfaced in the early 21st century.Because of its fastidious owner,the car is as it left the restoration shop!It is on the button and ready to compete in whatever historic event you feel like entering,be it Race or Rally,it is in excellent condition through-out a retains all of the original works mod's and fittings.Some interesting photos from 1963 have just surfaced from the owner at that time.Photo has been supplied from him!!
Car comes with it's original Works Log Book. Engine and GearBox both benefit from full rebuilds. Asking price is considerably less than some other Healeys soon to come onto the market,and of course has the all important provenance [RAC,Monte,Tulip,East African Rally's etc] from it works use
The car would be welcomed in any event,Le Mans Classic,Legends,all of the 'Tours'etc etc.
{Engine and G/Box are undergoing full rebuilds by Mass Engineering},this should result in many years of trouble free competition/road use.
