| Right Hand Drive 1966 Karmann Ghia For Sale (1966) edit C67331 | | | Due to the credit crunch and the fact that no one seems to be buying campers at the moment I am having to sell my pride and joy.
The car is a 1966 South African Right Hand Drive Karmann Ghia.
It has approx 2 years ago had a body off restoration. The chassis etc is immaculate.
The body is very straight, however there is a small bit of blistering on the bottoms of the doors and I have just got a replacement engine lid to fit.
The engine is I believe the original 1500cc that has been rebuilt.
It has a new MOT and UK registration.
I drive it every day to work (only about 2 miles) and it drives, stops and handles superb.
The current windscreen is scratched and I have just bought a brand new one from VW Heritage that I will fit prior to sale.
The interior uphostery is new and the headliner is perfect. New carpets and matching doorcards.
This really is the most reluctant sale ever.
