| Zephyr Six Mk 2 Automatic ( TV History ) SOLD (1962) edit C68510 | | | Sold by Rich Cayzer Classic Cars | | Thank you for viewing my Zephyr Six,this car is a rare automatic version . It is finished in Ford Lime Green over Ermine White,with two tone green interior. Overhaul this is a very smart and solid example with a very nice interior,complimented by period extras such as steel sunvisor and 4 bank instrument panel.Recently fitted are two new tyres,new front pads,brake servo and chrome rim embellishers. The paint is very nice and the chrome is also very good ,mechanically the car sounds strong and has that great six cylinder burble, which sounds even better as the car is fitted with a full stainlees exhaust system, including a stainless six branch tubular manifold . There is some history with the car including 11 yrs of old MOT certificates showing very little use in that time,the speedo currently reads 76,000 miles. There is also some interesting TV history with all supporting paper work and on scene photos of when the car was in the Granada TV film " See No Evil " the film about the moors murder's and the infamous Myra Hindley and Ian Brady ! So there we have it a nice piece of Dagenham history with a little twist !
