| cal look beetle For Sale (1965) edit C68713 | | | READVERTISED DUE TO TIME WAISTING FOOL !1965 volkswagen beetle, fully restored body in volkswagen sea sand beige (l21) paint is in exceptional condition due to my addiction to polishing and cleaning .the body is largely stock apart from the one piece windows, all other window rubbers retain the original chrome trim,the rear quarter windows are factory pop outs.the running boards are covered with the expensive colour matched sea sand rubbers and large chrome trim.the wheels have been colour coded to the bodywork and boast the very rare porsche nipple hub caps and stainless beauty rims . the tyres are shod with firestone 125s, and 205s at the rear.the front suspension beam is fully height adjustable with welded in adjusters and fitted with cd performance dropped spindles, the rear suspension has been turned 2 splines. All the chrome trim is rust free and chassis in fantastic restored condition,zinc coated floor pans and finished in chassis black. The engine is a fully chrome dressed 1641cc with a webber 32/36 progressive carb,runs perfect in slow or motorway traffic !!
sis The interior is new tmi lipstick red vinyl ,new headliner ,new oatmeal carpets. steering wheel ,seat frames, and all switch gear has been painted ivory white.The interior has many period additions that go unnoticed because it all works so well.
There is far too much to list on this car, but i will end in saying it has won a few trophies at various shows, and gets admiring glances whenever it is driven.Reciepts for thousands and pictures to prove.
