Vauxhall 2 litre red top engine on Weber carbs
The engine power it has never been tested but general opinion seems to say about 180 Hp in this form.
A new competition clutch has been fitted the engine was out of a low mileage Astra
GTV.
There is a spare engine complete with head with the car.
It has a ford 4-speed box
There is a spare for this as well but I don’t know what it is like believed good
It has 5 number 9x13 wheels & tyres and 4 number 6x13 wheels with it.
I have made an extended gear change to get the change further back it works ok including reverse.
The car runs well seems quick and brakes and steering all ok.
It has very little use since I overhauled it and fitted the Vauxhall lump the MOT has just run out but I will re MOT it because it has only done 200 mls since the last one.
It need some tidying up inside to make it more comfortable
(I only wanted it as a track day car)
It has a new hood but no bars
