DEEP SANDERSON 'TWINNY'
Truly a rare opportunity to own the legendary 1963 Deep Sanderson ‘Twinny’. Originally designed and raced by Chris Lawrence of the renowned Lawrencetune fame, and Le Mans winner in 1962.
Personally restored by Chris Lawrence in 2007/8 and raced by the man himself at the 2008 Goodwood Festival of speed. It not only achieved a terminal speed of 111mph, but also received unprecedented coverage in the national press and on the Internet.
Powered by two 1,071cc Downton prepared engines, providing four wheel drive. Unique space frame chassis. Hand beaten aluminium body shell and much more besides. No expense has been spared in restoring this amazing machine to its former glory.
