| Pop HotRod - 7500cc For Sale (1954) edit C70272 | | | With regret, I'm offering my fantastic little Pop for sale. This car was a intially rodded in the 1970's and became a drag racer in the 1980's - hence the big engine in the small body!
I've just really driven the car and enjoyed it - I fitted a new custom 4 core radiator to keep the big engine cool around town. New reconditioned doors have been fitted.
Previous owner had, within the last 2 years, fitted custom made Magnecor ignition wires (the car is on their site as an example of their work!), new Holley carb, refurbished callipers, Willwood proportioning valve plus residual valves front and rear for the brakes, new starter solenoid, new coil, relined rear brake shoes, new front pads, new brake lines, new steering wheel, replaced cooling hoses, replaced intake gasket Interior retrimmed. 9 inch Ford rear axle, Ford 460BB, roll cage, harnesses, bucket seats, 3 speed auto with ratchet shift, very fancy electronic dash. Mot until March 09, all details present and correct on V5. A very quick Pop!
The car has been painted when still a little damp at some point in its life, which has caused some bubbling on the roof and bootlid.
