Monobloc with the engine, clutch and gearbox in a single unit
Exhaust and inlet manifolds are located on offside as is the Zenith UP. 36 carburettor
Coil and distributor ignition, Rotax electrics, four speed single 'twin Top' gearbox with righthand side gear change
Final drive by spiral bevel, Lockheed hydraulic 4 wheel brakes, Rudge Whitworth 20 inch wire wheels with 6. 00 x 20 tyres
Fuel tank 12 gallons, maximum speed 76mph

JW1770 left the factory on 7th June 1932 and was retained by the company as one of their VIP/ press fleet cars used regularly by local civil dignitaries. Records indicate the car has had 8 owners since 1932 and to date the mileage is 93, 500
After the war the car passed into the ownership of David Scott-Moncrief the well known automotive historian and purveyor of quality cars to the gentry.
Full history of the car is known and includes a large number of invoices covering various areas of restoration that have been carried out.
The car has had very sympathetic past owners who have maintained in good order and today she is a fine example of the golden period of motoring when Sunbeam's quality, performance and reliability were second to none. She has recently had new tyres and includes the appropriate tools and jacking system.
Only selling as we are downsizing and will not have the garage space.
The attached photos clearly indicate the excellent condition of all the brightwork, bodywork.
Includes original handbook and buff logbook, lots of invoices from the past and some MOT certificates
