Porsche 911 T 2.4 OELKLAPPE Matching Numbers For Sale (1972)
|For 1972 in order to improve 911’s handling, Porsche moved the oil tank forward, and locating the filler in the rear right fender, making it look like a fuel filler cap… Well, this caused some confusion and more often than not, the oil tank was filled with gasoline. After 1124 cars delivered to Europe, this design was abandoned by 1973 and the filler was relocated to the engine compartment, thus making this a very rare and historic vehicle for Porsche aficionados. |
