This is a 1984 Suzuki GT250x7 that has just finished a comprehensive restoration. This was a mk3 model ( GSX type) but has been fully converted to a MK2 using all genuine parts including indicators, rear shocks, headlight, front mudguard, down pipes and NOS switch gear ( both sides)Every nut bolt, washer and cables are all genuine Suzuki parts. The bike has also had a complete engine rebuild using all genuine parts,. New rebore to .5 oversize, new rings, small end bearings, and a crank rebuild. All receipts for the work and parts are with the bike. For those who restore bikes I don't need to tell you the cost of using genuine parts. The allspeed pipes are like new and are the genuine pipes form the 80's
It also has new tyres, new brakes, forks have been re-chromed by Phillpots,. This is basically a new bike. It comes with 12 months MOT and will need to be run in as it has only done 30 miles since the rebuild. 4 previous owners. The bike has also had a fully restored seat, a new wiring loom, kick start and gear lever, all genuine parts. The carbs have been fully ultra sonically cleaned with all new internals. If ive missed anything I will add as I go along but feel free so scrutinise the phots and ask any questions.
I will not be giving this bike away cheap as I think this stands up to th best around.
