Triumph Herald (13/60) convertible. 1967 For Sale1967 Triumph Herald 13/60. Not a concourse car but good condition, and runs well. Had it since 2009 (stored in garage), bought it from guy who purchased from original owner and had it in a lock-up for 15 years. Got it on the road and have run it ever since. 20294 miles (unverified before ’98 but seats/pedals in good condition…). 12 month MoT. No rot. I’ve done nothing major on it. Previous owner did re-spray and various work on it (comprehensive paperwork). Recently had new fuel pump, gear linkages, throttle cable. Tonneau cover. Retro-fitted front seat belts. Even original Haynes Manual (dirty). Engine not cleaned. Waxoyl on underside from several years ago when I took it out more.
Ups: Lovely looking, starts well, interior good condition though probably needs new foam.
Downs: Slow leak in clutch fluid (been like that since I’ve had it), fuel gauge and RPM not working, one hub cap missing, one small bit of trim missing at rear.
Reluctant sale! Having to sell as can’t put small kids in it and don’t get to take it out like I used to…
