Building on last years event, we have space for 25 vehicles at this Famous Craft Festival. We are part of a bigger event that sees the whole village turned over to the festival. Where else will you see steam rollers trundling through a village?
* Cawood is at the crossroads of the B1222 Sherburn-in-Elmet to York road and the B1223 Selby to Tadcaster Road on the south-west banks of the River Ouse, 10 minutes from the Sherburn-in-Elmet bypass and 20 minutes from junctions 42 and 44 of the A1(M). The journey from York is just over 10 miles and takes about 25 minutes. Arriva run an hourly (two-hourly on Sundays and Bank Holidays) bus service from York to Selby which passes through the village – journey time from York is 30 minutes.
