A weekend celebrating the 30’s in and around the Plaza Cinema, an iconic restored and award winning building of the period. Outside the venue, reserved parking in Mersey Square and St Peters Square has been arranged for Classic Cars of the period (up to the end of 1946 although we are not too prescriptive). To bring your vehicle to the event, on either the Saturday, the Sunday or both days, simply ring the number detailed and a space will be reserved. Over the weekend classic films will be screened, 1930’s food served in the restaurant, pavement café / events and an orchestra will play music of the period. Period dress is also encouraged.
