Originally supplied to a private individual in February 1964, 7474KW still wears its original registration number plate today.
In the first two years of the cars history the car clocked up 21,000 miles and was a regular visitor to the factory. History on the car picks up again in the early eighties, where the car was restored and the engine rebuilt. With an ownership spanning nearly 30 years, the latest keeper of this DB5 had the car converted to Vantage specification in the nineties, as well as an engine rebuild in 2005 carried out by Goodwood Green.
Recently the car has had a major overhaul which involved a strip and rebuild of the underside, engine bay re-paint with engine out. Engine tune and bench test with new head gasket. Rebuilt Weber carbs, Interior re-trim, fresh paintwork, new wheels and tyres plus much more. A comprehensive history comes with this car.
Over £100,000 has been spent since 2016 to bring the car to the outstanding condition it is presented in today.
