From the legendary DB 5 Coupé, which became legendary with the James Bond films, only 898 vehicles were made by hand between 1963 and 1965.
This DB 5 was first delivered in May 1964 to Lavens M. Mackie in Northern Ireland. At times, the car was part of a high profile collection in Japan, until 2014 it was reimported by the renowned British dealer Mark Donaldson and sold to Germany. Here followed an extremely elaborate restoration, largely by the company Britic Motorsports. After revision the body received a professional repainting on bare aluminum, the subfloor was painted. The entire technique including engine (conversion to Vantage specification with test bench run), gearbox, chassis / axles, brake system etc. has been revised or renewed. The interior, all rubbers, the wiring harness and much more were renewed, the instruments outdated. The vehicle has a German approval and the Works Build Sheet.
This is one of the rare DB5 that was restored from scratch. "matching numbers"! The beautiful color combination is equivalent to Agent 007's official vehicle in the legendary James Bond movies!
