This gorgeous and masculine Jaguar MK I is in very good condition and the car drives perfectly.
The MK I is the predecessor of the MK II.
The MK I weighs about 100 kilogrammes less which makes it sportier and more agile.
Compared to the MK II the MK I shows thicker door frames around the windows, a smaller rear window and less exterior chrome.
The interior is clad with rich walnut trim and a wood dashboard to match.
This Jaguar MK I sports a fully synchronised four-speed manually operated gearbox, electric power steering and disc brakes around.
The front brakes feature more modern brake callipers and also a brake servo is present. Furthermore, a Stainless-Steel exhaust is fitted.
Combined with the louvered bonnet give this fine MK I a sporty, rugged and yet stylish appearance!
Recently new leaf spring were fitted at the rear and new tyres around.
This is a gorgeous Jaguar MK I and a rare classic, only 17.000 cars of this type have been built.
