1952 Land Rover Series 1 80". Fitted with a strong diesel engine and easy to drive with the added benefit power steering.
This Series 1 has been completely overhauled when starting with a great base chassis, which has been galvanised for full future protection. Axles and suspension components have been powder coated for more protection. Additionally coil suspension has been fitted to this series 1, making it more agile and less bouncy. Poly bushes also fitted as well as shock absorbers.
Various parts galvanised including door frames, hinges, windscreen surround, and canopy frame.
The interior is usual 1952 Land Rover with no thrills but seats are finished in a dark green vinyl which will wipe clean not matter how much mud you get on them.
In summary this is a good example of a Series 1 with many extras fitted including the diesel engine which gives a lot more grunt than the underpowered 1.6 petrol.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire 1952 80” which we all know are appreciating in value year on year.
