| | | My personal machine, owned by me since 1968, has just been fully restored by us. As you can see, we have expertise in machines other than BMW, but have been brought up on British bikes, now classics. We have even been known to work on Japanese bikes, as well as Swiss, Czechoslovakian, East German and Chinese machines.
No expense has been spared in the restoration to original specification, but with some improvements, including Superleggera front fork conversation, Duetto 190 mm TLS front brake conversion and a Newby belt drive and clutch conversion. Also with the machine is the original Owners Manual, original Certificate of Engine Performance, Spare Parts Book, and Service Sheets. The latest V5 is present with the previous green log book; the brown log book having been retained by the Derbyshire. C. C.
I estimate up to £20K has been spent. If you want it, it will take a substantial offer.
