Selling my beautiful dark blue W124 220 Coupé, a very original and unmolested example, equipped with the (in my opinion) more desirable, very clean blue cloth interior in typical 90's MB style. Overall the interior is very neat and tidy. The exterior is very nice too, of course the one or the other age related mark here or there, but nothing serious.
It's a very smooth drive, the four speed gearbox shifts nicely and the engine revs like it should with its desirable and very reliable 4-cylinder engine (newer M111.960 engine in the more desirable pre-facelift model).
All power windows work fine and the sunroof is a great add-on that is mostly missed in today's cars. Also included is the period Blaupunkt Casablanca radio, just the electric antenna isn't working, what I actually prefer.
She comes complete with 15" alloys, fairly new tires (2016) with plenty of tread, great MOT history and a no advisories MOT until 01/2020.
12 Mercedes Benz service stamps until 2000 / 60,000 miles, she only had two previous keepers (last one long term since 1996) and is very well maintained. She was recently serviced and the MOT history certainly supports the fact, that the mileage of 116,000 miles is correct.
Looking forward to receiving your enquiries by email or phone, thank you.
This 1963 Mercedes-Benz 220SE Cabriolet is an excellent original car that could use minor cosmetics. Black with tan interior and a manual gearbox. Mechanically sound. The bumpers need to be re-chromed.....
One of the very fist deliveries of the series...out of a well known collection. First registration october 17th, 1951 to Feldmühle papermaking pulp factory near Bielefeld, germany... only 3 owners.....
