Schneider Seaplane Trophy, by A.E. Lejeune Nickel Silver
A Supermarine S6 Schneider Trophy seaplane mascot for Rolls-Royce, circa 1930,
nickel plated, engraved Rolls-Royce , rotating propellor that works while car is in motion, 3,74 inch wingspan, on a turned base, above a display base.
Supermarine Spitfire.It has 4 torpedos on its undercarriage-used on spitfires for special missions in ww2.It has a free spinning prop which would turn in the wind if the the mascot was car fitted.It is in solid brass and silver plated with a stand,then mounted onto a removeable base for display.It has Rolls Royce engraved across its wings and is in good condition with slight underlying dings and scratches .It measures 6,45 inches across its wings.
Hurricane Seaplane , solid brass, silver plated, partely polished down
with Rolls Royce engraved on top of the wings, 5,66 inch and it has great detail with a very free spinning propellor.
BRAND NEW & UNDISTURBED: VERY RARE FIND!
A couple of items for dedicated VINTAGE RR collector.Just as supplied by the works in 1929.
ONE inlet and ONE exhaust valve. Still in original turned beech carriers with springs, washers & collets. Each one is hand engraved with part number S/SLV E78492 .....
Here we have a 1976 14 page Rolls Royce promotion brochure.
11.75"x8" and in quite good condition.
Probably a rare document which contains a piece of Rolls Royce
social and engineering history.
