For sale is my lovely T140 Silver Jubilee Bonneville. 1977 made in limited numbers to celebrate the Queens Silver Jubilee.
2,700 miles from new. Still on original 42 year old tyres that still look like new.
Bike starts and sounds like new. Still has original points ignition but I did replace the original mesh filter (not visible from the outside) from the oil tank to a modern paper type as good oil and a decent filter almost eliminates engine wear.
Bike is in great condition but does have some age related patina. The chrome engine cases where taken off and polished and refitted. They look great (still look like chrome). Grab rail and indicator stalks have been painted black as the chrome became pitted.
This bike would need tyres if it is going to be seriously ridden. I have only pottered around locally so have not bothered to replace as they are part of the bikes originality.
Historic vehicle so tax and MoT exempt but I am happy to get an MoT if required (nice excuse to go for a ride)
Looking for around £6250 ovno
