The 356 B Roadster is very similar to the Speedster however with less numbers produced it is actually far rarer. With comfort seats even more power this car will certainly bring a smile to any drivers face.
This particular Roadster finished at the factory on the 6th of December 1960 after being ordered by Alex Willis the Auto Empire Porsche importer in Seattle, USA. The car was delivered to a resident of Seattle on 5th April 1961. The original supplied service book shows 11 stamps with handwritten notes on the back detailing further servicing from 30th June 1985 to 1st September 2012. On 21st July 1975 at 92042 miles the engine was rebuilt by a Porsche Specialist in Bellevue America with an invoice included to support this.
Following its time in the USA the car was imported to the UK in 2013 and has been dry stored ever since., The bodywork has had a light cosmetic restoration whilst the interior is completely original which adds further character to this time warped 356.
This original interior really does have to be seen to appreciate the patina and condition. It truly feels like you are stepping back in time when sat inside the cabin.
The car is Chassis number 88813 and the Engine number 88076. We welcome any inspection of the vehicle and the Classic team are on hand to take you through everything including the paperwork, supplied file, a tour of the vehicle and a mechanical inspection on a ramp with a Classic technician.
