Why Not Classic is proud to present this fabulous 1969 Plymouth Road Runner - Beep Beep - MOTOR TREND as CAR OF THE YEAR 1969 !
Built in 1969 in Los Angeles, CA - painted in RALLYE GREEN with black bucket seats and 4 on the floor, this car was the definition of muscle car.
This Road Runner was subject to a frame off restoration. Its matching numbers engine (V8 383ci) backed by its original 4 speed manual transmission, were professionally rebuilt.
The interior and the truck are superbly finished in the original trim. The panel gaps are perfect, and the doors shut with ease.
The 383ci V8 is beautifully complimented by a very detailed engine bay.
On the air filter there is the classic COYOTE looking mad as always..... A retro looking battery will start the engine right up. The 4 speed manual changes gears with precision and the Plymouth rides smoothly. All gauges work as they should.
Absolutely a gorgeous car all around. Every nut and every bolt was restored or replaced.
A true investment grade for any Mopar fan.
