MGB Roadster 1972 Manual with Overdrive
What can we say about the MGB? Possibly the most iconic Classic British Sports car of our time. More preserved and being used than just about any other Classic Car on Britain’s roads. And do we wonder why?
The MGB is probably the easiest Classic car to run and maintain. Very simple to work on, with a vast supply of sensibly priced spare parts available mostly on overnight delivery. In point of fact the parts supply is better then some newer cars. So that’s the practical side of an MGB.
However the best thing about the car is its style. The Classic look of a former era. Stunning good looks, comfortable seats with plenty of space inside. And then there is the whole new world an MGB open up for the owner. Wherever you go in an MGB there is always someone wanting to say Hello. Complimenting ou on your car and asking how long you've owned it. Then there are the Motor clubs offering a whole new world of fun and adventures. And this car would offer all of the above and more.
This car is finished in British Racing Green one of the two most sought after colours for the Marque. Inside is finished in beautiful Black Leather and the seats have recently been refurbished. The hood is top quality mohair providing excellent weather protection along with stylish good looks. The Periods Minilite style alloy wheels have recently been refurbished and the car stands just right. Paintwork gleams. The chrome just lovely. This is a car that’s been well maintained for many years.
The History file with the car is one of the most extensive on any MGB we’ve ever had with bills and invoices going back to 1991. The car looks as though it was rebuilt in around 2002 and has covered less then 20000 miles since then. The latest keeper has continued with the excellent level of maintenance and now the car is in an ideal condition to go to its new keeper.
So if you fancy an MGB this one is in very good order and driving well. It will come with 12 months MOT for its new owner even though now it doesn’t need one, and of course it’s a Historic Vehicle, so no charge for the Road Fund License.
Go on treat yourself, you know you’ve always wanted one, this car at only £9995 is perfect for high days and holidays and will more than likely still be better than money in the bank!
