Finished in grey / black ‘Grigio’ metallic with ‘Crema and Black’ leather and black carpets. Excellent condition both inside and out. Comes with a good service history, handbooks, wallet, tool role, etc. Restoration work undertaken includes rebuilding of the starter motor, replacement front brake servo, discs and pads, replacement exhaust valves, a new head gasket, and updated electrics – all of the electrics are in good working order, which is untypical for a Ferrari of this vintage. The car has a new battery and is MOT’d until November 2019. Rust free, although if you look carefully there is some minor paint bubbling on the front left hand wing.
Classic front engine V12 Ferraris are becoming exceptionally difficult to source, particularly really good examples. With prices on the rise, and this being 1 of 152 UK RHD cars built, there’s no better time to invest in a good 400i. There are a lot of beaten up 400s on the market - this is not one of them. I have priced the car to sell, been accurate with its description and the first viewer will buy. Serious buyers only please.
