Our XK120 Evocation is an Aristocat designed by Autotune. This classic car is a replica rather than an original, benefiting from more modern components and improvements whilst retaining the classic looks of 1950s Jaguar sports cars. It has a more spacious cockpit than the original so even drivers over six feet tall can drive the sports car without being too cramped.
Finished in period Old English White with red leather upholstery, the XK120 Evocation has chrome wire wheels, power assisted steering and brakes, with a manual gearbox and overdrive. It was built in 1971.
The original XK120 was fitted with Jaguar’s 6 cylinder, Double OverHead Cam, “XK” engine. Our car has the same XK engine, albeit a later 4.2 litre version. Likewise, all the mechanical parts are Jaguar giving a real Jaguar feel to the drive.
Other refinements include wider seats, a woodrim steering wheel, inertia reel seatbelts, Lucas driving lamps, a badge bar and historic registration number. There is a black hood for bad weather.
