- The last mono-turbo 911 in its rare 3.6L version
- Stunning preserved condition with less than 40,000km
- Same owner for the last 15 years, logbooks included
Porsche's success in motor-racing thanks to the introduction of the turbocharger were key to the launch of the 911 Turbo in 1975. Its replacement 964 type passes to 3.6L of displacement and 360 hp in 1993. It borrows, the all-aluminium block of the 964 Carrera RS and the KKK turbo blows stronger at 0.85 bar. Due to the fact that it provides the famous "kick in the ass", also that it is the last mono-turbo and that it is a rare car, this 911 Turbo 3.6L is particularly sought after.
The car we are offering here was delivered new in France on 6tAugust 1993 by Sonauto. It is in a superb condition, with "Midnight Blue Metallic" colour and grey leather interior. It has been in the same ownership for more than 15 years, and has been sparingly but regularly used.; hence why the car displays less than just 39,650 km on the clock. This 964 has always been carefully serviced, as stated in the service logbook and invoices. This 964 is well equipped, including the stainless steel exhaust system, electric seats, Blaupunkt CD radio and a sunroof. It is also fitted with almost new tyres mounted on polished "Speedline" alloys rims which are revealing its red brake calipers, typical on this 3.6L version. It will be sold with its pouch including the service logbook and instruction manual and the spare keys. This car did not have many owners and has remained completely original. As one of 1,437 units, this 911 Turbo 3.6L has all the right arguments to seduce purists.
Auction estimate: €180 000 - 240 000
