Last mot - likely 1999
Was taken off the road in about 2000 for major body restoration and full respray.
Mechanicals all done by Sovereign Motors Bristol.
Body work done by Filton garage Bristol.
Which are both jag specialists.
Every panel which was even slightly dodgy was replaced.
Floor and mounting points all checked out.
New full system s/s exhaust fitted
Headlining done when windows were out.
Fuel pumps were gummed up.
Carbs were the same but were refurbished.
Was running up until 2008 when it went into specialist storage for 6 months.
Been dry stored (carcoon or barn) ever since it went if the road.
New carpets never fitted.
Gearbox, steering, brakes etc. were perfect when it was laid up.
The interior is currently not all together but everything there to put it back together.
Has 3 full sets of wheels including kent alloys.
It has a small dent in the OSR wing since going into storage.
Car is located in selkirk in the borders in my father in laws garage. He has owned the car since the late 90's untill it was signed over to my wife a couple years ago. I was going to get it roadworthy again but lack of time space and having a baby on the way has put the brakes on that. So time for it to go to someone who will love it and has the time for it.
Would need a day at a weekend yo get it out of the garage and into the drive for someone to pick it up but could easy tow it out of the garage for someont to come and view it.
Lovely example in a rare colour
Fully loaded with all extras
All electrics work, drives lovely, has service history, recent mot, does need a few bits of bodywork, interior in great condition, gets plenty of attention.
