An unmolested and original E220 Coupe in Dark Blue.
I've not had the car long, it came up for sale locally and I had a W124 itch to scratch, with the 'aim' (excuse) to use for weekends driving into London and such but I've hardly used it so i'm reshuffling my fleet as it's insured and taxed so ready to drive away..(once you've done the same)
3 Previous Owners @ 112 thou miles. The Milometer has been temperamental and has now stopped working, not sure what's going on there, I've not had a chance to investigate, it's hardly gone anywhere unfortunately . The fuel gauge was temperamental before this but now seems to be fine...
MOT till mid August
Drives great, have been enjoying the more laid back, smooth boat like approach, as opposed to my daily 190d which is very slow and noisy in comparison.
Worst parts are drivers wing very rusty (comes with a spare) and some on one rear arch. Interior is clean and intact (although needs a valet). Seats are fabric unfortunately and have a few light stains which i'm sure some magic can be worked on, please study pictures.
Also no history i'm afraid. Was with the same family for most of it's life and from how it drives, it seems well looked after.
Washed the car prior to the pictures, few water marks showing - body is very straight although the doors need a firm shut. Could do with a good polish as paint is a little dull in places.
Please come take a look for both parties peace of mind. A good car that I should not have justified buying as I can't keep it but ready for someone else to enjoy I hope.
