This is a lovely example of a genuine factory built Triumph Vitesse Mk2 Convertible which still has matching engine and chassis numbers, as set out on its Heritage Certificate.

It's an extremely good looking car still in Valencia Blue with tan interior as it left the factory. The bodywork and chassis are in very good order and the interior is excellent. Mechanically the car starts and drives really well, makes plenty of power, and the gearbox, overdrive and differential operate efficiently and as they should. It has that lovely Triumph six cylinder exhaust note, somewhat amplified throuh the twin pipe exhaust! The hood is not new but in good order and a hood cover comes with the car. It steers and stops well and the tyres are excellent.

There is a history file with the car which includes the Heritage Certificate, a DVLA report on previous keepers, an Owner's handbook, numerous old MOTs and many old service and parts invoices.

Whilst road tax and MOT exempt the car comes with an advisory free MOT until 29th February 2020 and is HPI clear. I ensure that all my cars have a new or very long MOT for both peace of mind and to preserve the vehicle's history.

These are lovely cars to own and drive and are appreciating rapidly in value. This car is ready to enjoy straight away and I'm sure that anyone who views it will not be disappointed.

Please call me, Robin Whittaker, on the details below for further details or to make an appointment to view the car at my dry and well lit premises in Burwash, East Sussex. Further information is available on my website - details above

Thank you for looking.

Triumph Vitesse 1600 Convertible 1965 - Matching Numbers Factory Convertible!

Remarkably the car didn't get any advisories from the last MOT. Obviously the car is exempt from road tax.

One of the rarest LHD models Triumph ever produced.

This could easily be the best LHD Vitesse MK2 O/D convertible available - regarding both condition and fully documented history.
