Humber Hawk - a very nice project for the keen enthusiast!
A rare Humber Hawk saloon in 2-tone grey. Date of registration 01/11/1963 with the last change of keeper in 1982. Little known of the history other than 2 former keepers - started life in Colyton Devon and then changed owners and moved to
Chard, Somerset in 1982. We have had the car since 2016.
Being the series IV version it has the larger, 2267 cc engine incorporating an aluminium cylinder head.
Comes with keys, wheels, doors, seats and dash. Column gears. No Inside carpets - can be sourced on eBay for around £200. The seats aren't too bad.
Clearly this a restoration project and I believe the front jacking points need welding. It has had an unleaded conversion in the late 90s, according to the previous owner. Once the engine is fitted I can't see any reason as to why it wouldn't run.
Currently stored near Ilminster (TA19). Viewing very welcome.
