Arguably the prettiest MG ever made, this 1936 PB Airline Coupe was the subject of a complete 11 year rebuild. Designed by H.W. Allingham and sold through the MG sales channels, this particular car was sold new by Brighams of Brighton to a Miss Gwen Davis. It is a very early entry on the MG Car Club Triple-M Register bearing number 11. The complete ownership history is known and several early photographs of the car exist.
The car features 939 cc engine, 4 wheel disc brakes, and the original 4 speed "crash" gearbox. The body is mostly steel over an ash body frame, which was completely rebuilt during its latest restoration. While not a concours example, it is a thorough and accurate restoration of an honest category 4 of 5.
Reluctantly offered for sale by its current owner for offers above US $120,000
1968 MG C GT – £22,500
This MG C GT is a great taste of the 60’s and is a perfect example of why these cars are so desired in today’s market. Due to low sales, a short production time and for being a very controversial vehicle, the MG C has attracted attention for most of its lifespan.
