JK Classics are proud to offer this stunning 1959 Jaguar XK150 FHC manual with overdrive and matching numbers. Dispatched to Jaguar Cars of New York on the 21st of February 1958, this XK150 spent its time in New York and Austin Texas before arriving in the UK on the 16th of November 1998.
Before leaving the US the car underwent a full body off restoration where the chassis, running gear, engine and overdrive gearbox were rebuilt with the body chemically stripped and re-sprayed. Upon the cars arrival in the UK the wiring was overhauled, the interior was re-upholstered and it was converted from left to right hand drive with power steering fitted. This XK150 then resided in dry storage in Dublin before we purchased the car out of Armagh, Northern Ireland in December 2018.
While in our care we have serviced the 31,059 mile 3.4 litre engine, which has only done 1,059 miles since leaving the US. We have had the carbs professionally balanced and are continuing to maintain this beautiful example. An amazing car that will continue to appreciate, this Jaguar drives and looks as good as it did when new. As always viewing and test driving is encouraged.
