This car had been in storeage for over twenty years when we bought it two years ago then spent time and money getting it back on the road. Now running well.
The car could be termed 'oily rag'.The paint is poor with surface rust on many panels but looks alright from a distance.
It does have good chrome, wheels and tyres.Interior worn but complete with all fittings, looks like original door cards and roof lining.
It was rebuilt in the 1970's when the engine was replaced with a TA14 unit which is almost the same as the 12/70 but goes better for it.
Work has been done to the rear woodwork and the car is surprisingly solid.
The 12/70 is narrower, lower and lighter than the TA14 and with its 17 inch wire wheels makes it a more elegant car and much rarer
Paint two tone grey with blue interior
