Having bought a another E30 I'm looking to sell my trusty track car. I bought it in 2013 with an m20b25 which was originally and still registered as a 318i. Since then I've poured a lot of money into the car, including an s50b32 conversion, proper 5-lug conversion, Porsche brakes and Leda coilovers.
The shell is in great condition with no rust holes, just a bit of surface rust here and there and it has great potential for the new owner to put their mark on it.
It was road registered but SORN'ed around 2016. A trailer will be needed to pick it up but it can be fully inspected on a ramp, engine run, etc. I could deliver for a fee.

THIS ENGINE HAD DONE LESS THAN 30,000 MILES BEFORE BUILD.
I've done about 7 track days on the engine and have never had a problem with it apart from a weeping Vanos unit requiring a new gasket, no rattles, etc. It pulls well and sounds fantastic with the exhaust system.
Regular oil and filter changes every 1-2 track days.
