I acquired this bike 16 years ago. Being a D10 Supreme, it was fitted with a three speed gearbox with second gear being broken. A free seized D13 engine was thrown in and so the bike's cylinder / head and piston was fitted to the D13 four speed gear box which makes the bike more long legged.
It has an unusual plunger monobloc carburetter which is entirely correct for an early D10, the type being exclusive to that model. This suggests that the bike is a '66 model but originally registered in February, '67. It has an age related plate, very close to the original ("E" reg) due as far as I can ascertain to the registration being lost in the rationalisation of the early '80's. It is registered as a historic vehicle with no longer being subject to MoT requirements.
Not concourse by any means but presentable and has been admired. All running ready to go as is/ and / or to improve if you should so wish. I'm selling due to no longer having time to use it. A shame to let it sit in the shed, so time to let it go for someone else to enjoy.
