This is a great MOGGY for the summer season A 1964 Morris Minor 1000 Traveller that was first registered 09-09-1964. It is both Road tax and MOT exempt. CAX 449B is finished in Old English White with a red coachline and a Red/Grey interior with red carpets. The last owner had the car for 15 years and used the car regularly for classic car shows and outings out. The owner previous had the car for 21 years. So only 2 owners in the last 36 years. The wood was replaced 12 years ago and the engine was replaced with a reconditioned unit just 20,000 miles ago. The car has also benefited from some sensible upgrades with the fitting of disc brakes on the front and telescopic dampers on the rear. It also has a stainless steel exhaust system. The paintwork is in very good order and the interior and headlining are both excellent. The chrome is good too. There are 2 chrome wing mirrors and one door mirror plus a pair of chrome headlight peaks to give some bling! A badge bar is fitted to the front with a selection of badges. The wheels have the correct 'M' hubcaps and wheel embellishers fitted and are shod with good tyres. It has some nice Morris mud flaps fitted. The dash features some extra dials with an Amp meter, oil pressure and water temp gauges fitted.It has a very loud Klakson horn that will clear the road ahead!! Looks and drives great and is ready to be enjoyed. MOT till 23/12/2019 even though it did not need one.
