Immaculate and original 1977 Mini, tax and MOT exempt but does still have an MOT anyway. Pictures do the talking, my absolute pride and joy, anything this car has wanted or needed it has had. Only proper minispares or genuine parts used.
Not far off factory standard and any changes are tasteful or to improve the car’s handling and longevity. Any changes I have made can be put back to factory with ease if required.
Exterior is original except brand new GB wheels and black grille (have original chrome too if you prefer it back to factory.
Interior is fully original and the factory large steering wheel is to go back in, I am very tall so need the small one! Seats, carpet and door cards all in brown and excellent condition, everything works as it should.
Resprayed 2018 (pictures available) in original colour of Sandglow Brown. No rust, all cut out and new metal put in. Including new sills and floorpans.
Humongous list of new parts and work, message me to discuss this - too much to list and too many jobs and fixes to remember to get the car to where it is now, can go through everything done/fixed/replaced upon viewing but off the top of my head includes:
New wheels and tyres.
Brakes overhauled and new cylinders/shoes/backplates fitted where necessary.
Fully adjustable tie rods, bottom arms and rear arm brackets as well as HiLo adjustable height cones so the suspension and geometry is all adjustable - this has been setup professionally by Slark Mini Race Engineering.
All new trim - bumpers, grille, arches, headlight rings etc etc.
Handmade pressed number plates.
Driving lamps fitted and wired in properly but no new holes drilled, used existing incase these want to be removed.
New dome mirrors (so you can actually see out of them!).
New wipers and arms.
Dash and electricals checked and fixed where needed by professional ‘wiredbywilson’.
New gear knob.
Original 998cc engine, except stage 1 tuning kit which consists of air filter, exhaust manifold, down pipe, and full system, centre exit. All Maniflow and less than 1 year old. Sounds lovely and is 1.75” optimum sizing. This was then tuned and rolling road setup also by Slark Engineering so runs and pulls as well as any 998!
Numerous service parts renewed (plugs, leads, coil, dizzy cap).
Oil service carried out 2019.
Probably more but can discuss more in person. Will cry if it sells, it is absolutely lovely and the perfect ready to go mini that turns every head. Looks, sounds and drives exactly as you want. Just completely love this car, gets treated better than anyone or anything :)
Just completed 200 mile London to Brighton run without a hitch! Received endless comments on how nice it was, which makes it all the more difficult to put up for sale but life changes force sale.
