JPO320H Early Mk1 Built 2nd May 1970 Dispatched to Southern Counties, Crawley 23rd June 1970 Registered 8th July 1970 Chassis LD.32BW Paint Code 23 (Sienna Brown) Trim 43 (Saddle tan vinyl) This a fantastic opportunity to own a rare piece of Triumph Stag history, this is a very early vehicle, one of the oldest Stags on the road and 30th off the production line, verified by stag owners club, British Heritage Certificate and the chassis number. Triumph Stag Mk1 V8 now with manual over drive, resprayed yellow in 2005 (pictures), saddle tan interior, electronic ignition, Kenlow fan, hard top, three window (Mk 1) soft top, bumpers re-chromed, tax exempt, huge history file, lots spent, MOT, well maintained, Rimmer Bros full engine at 82,000 miles, dry stored. Very good condition throughout, drives superbly, good investment which will only continue to rise in value. Original steel wheels available but on a set of refurbished Kent Stag alloys. MG Mecca 2017/18 bare metal/new panels restoration and Sienna paintwork (bills worth more than asking price and pictures). Change of circumstances forces sale.
This Stag has now completed its extensive restoration for bodywork and a full respray, this includes many new panels and sills.
In October 2015 the car had an extensive engine rebuild at a cost of £4000 this included a new water pump and engine bay refurbishment.

Produced from 1970 to 1977 the Triumph Stag was envisioned as a luxury sports car designed to compete directly with the Mercedes-Benz SL class models.
