Clio Cup 46k only.
These are fantastic, high revving, naturally aspirated motors with no daft engine mode selections, gimmicky gearbox features or pretend engine notes. It has been a great car but I now live 1 mile from work and don’t want to use this car for that journey. I am just going to buy a £500 runaround.
3rd and 4th gears are known issues with these cars. The gearbox on this is fantastic, no known issues.
Lots of service history and in the last 6 months it has had the following done, all at Renault. Some of the below are the main things that go wrong with these cars.
A full service including sparks
Rear discs, pads and callipers, full brake strip and clean.
A new indicator stalk
4 new tyres
New oil filler cap
Full new clutch
Both keys have new batteries
Lower swivel joint.
New coil spring.
Belts done 10k ago with paperwork from Renault.
According to how many left there are less than 300 left of this model. Will only go up in value. Please feel free to do an MOT check via the DVLA website. (KT08SBX). You will see how few advisories it has had over the years. The car has MOT till September but I will put a new one on for full asking price. I doubt it will have a single advisory on the next MOT.
The car has a few extras. Air Con, a boot floor mat and a factory installed parrot hands free Bluetooth kit.
In my ownership I have always ran it on 99ron. The engine is fantastic and revs all the way to 7250rpm with a shift light flashing at 7000rpm.
Bad bits, couple of trolley dings and all 4 alloys need a refurb. They are not buckled or cracked. Steering wheel has started to do the standard Renault thing and is peeling.
I’m sure I’ve missed some stuff so feel free to message me. I know the internet is full of shady characters and cars but I am open to any inspection on the car by friends or professional bodies (AA etc). I’ve described my car the best I can. You will not be disappointed, it is such a fun little motor that will put a smile on your face and should keep its value.
