1972 A lovely original Series III roadster - manual RHD For Sale

The time has finally come for me to accept that I have to sell my beloved e-type. I bought this beautiful car in 1996, having searched long and hard for a roadster that had the features I wanted: primrose yellow, black interior and hood, manual, chrome wire wheels, RHD, and, importantly for me, originality. I was struck as soon as I saw her and the memory of that moment is still a powerful emotion. I am the third owner and she had been clearly well cared for by the previous two. I too have tried to maintain the car in the manner that she deserves. I have a large stack of papers, ranging from a sheaf of old MOTs (that support the mileage) to invoices for the work undertaken. I also have a number of rare parts books and manuals but the service book was damaged by water and the pages are stuck together. For her 40th birthday I had the bodywork stripped to bare metal and all the imperfections that had accumulated over time were remedied. The paintwork, in fact the whole body, is still, in my view, very impressive. The interior is original and has a patina of age that I love. A friend of mine keeps trying to persuade me to renovate it but he is someone who likes cars to look immaculate whereas I view the signs of age as a positive. To each their own I guess, but the various components to create a concourse car are readily available and surprisingly reasonable. I forgot to mention, I have a Heritage Certificate that confirms all the details. Unfortunately, I not been able to enjoy using the car for some time and so have decided to hand her on to a new owner.
