The crankshaft was improved and the engine received an additional oil cooler. The front axle got larger disc brakes and also the rear axle got the modern disc brakes now. The fuel tank has been increased from 60 litres to 82 litres. In order to improve the cooling of the brakes new hole rims were introduced, recognizable by the new Hubcaps.
The 250 SL was in the program from 11/66 to 12/67 and with only 5,193 roadsters built is the rarest Pagoda with the greatest value increase potential.
This pagoda is equipped with a mechanical 4-speed gearbox still with original engine and has a read mileage of 13.357 km.
