Extremely low mileage gorgeous late Spider that I think was converted to RHD by Seaking for Alfa UK, it really does make a big difference to driving a LHD here in the UK. I have spent the last 3 years restoring the car, the bodywork needed just the bonnet and front bumper painting for stone chips there is no rust at all. Just before I bought the car it had new front brakes fitted to pass it's MOT. Once I bought the car I felt the sombre all black interior just did not suit such a lovely looking convertible so I had the whole Interior restored with new carpets all the rest in leather as in the dash, door cards, seats (also new cushions), rear trim, even the roof of the hard top that I bought for the car. It looks fantastic and I have had so many people complimenting the fit and finish it really is superb. I bought a 2nd hand hardtop which I had professionally painted like the bonnet and front bumper and then found out the fittings that did not come with it were like hens teeth, so I ended up getting the brackets, catches etc from the States. I got a heated rear window switch fitted in the original blank which obviously works and the headlining is in the same red leather. I bought a new Porsche hard top bag which hangs from my garage roof to store the top in the summer. I had a new mohair soft top fitted the same time as the interior, I fitted a double din modern Bluetooth Sat Nav head unit after removing the centre air vents (which I never used) and new speakers. I had the drivers seat heated with a switch next to the cigar lighter that I changed for a twin USB. I bought a new wind deflector and a new tonneau cover that goes over the hood when it is down, another very rare part to find. I have just had a complete new exhaust system fitted and believe it or not a £1,000 pro paint correction with a ceramic coating that lasts for years water and dirt just runs off. It has 4 new tyres a gearbox and engine oil change and has just passed the MOT with no advisories.
I have a leather folder with all the history from near new and the full MOT history. The RHD conversion has the speedo in MPH but the odometer is in KPH, it is now showing 40k Kilometres which is 27,340 miles. The MOT history shows an increase of 6,213 miles in the last 16 years which tallies with all the invoices! I cannot guarantee the mileage obviously but everything looks like it is correct. I have a collection of classics including my E30 M3 that is also for sale on here, I unfortunately need to make some space! This in my opinion will be the very best RHD Alfa Spider for sale and my asking price does not cover what I have spent in total by a mile! If looked after this car can only go up in value it is a great investment.
