1962 Barn find, locked away many years. History, Mk 10 not a 420G For Sale
This is an early Uk registered, 1962 3.8 Automatic Mark X, not the later 420G
Part stripped for light restoration with all parts present, low mileage of 113505 (Odometer shows 13505).
Comes with a lot of documented history incl original delivery letter and has original log book and dateless registration number.
Historic vehicle and was one of the first Mk10's registered a letter states.
The first owner owned this car 20 years!
Bought by private collector in 2009 and immediately stored in Budapest and is well preserved thanks to being stored for many years.
Has had partial stripping for light restoration, ie doors, carpets, seats removed, so trailer advised, though can be easily reassembled with some minor work carried out and may be driven away as tax and mot exempt!
Price is based on its present condition as stated above (not below!) and is negotiable within reason dependent on its current point of restoration, as has now been removed from storage and restoration for assembly has begun, doors are being repaired with pictures to accompany all work, areas of corrosion which are minimal are being repaired to a high standard, has also had some fresh fuel added & fired up after just a few turns!
Please note as more restoration work is done the price will need to adjusted to cover costs, upon completion will be re-sprayed in original colour
For more details please contact via email and i will put you in direct contact with the private collector.
