A full Nut & Bolt Restoration of this Series 1 Landrover has been completed & it has not been driven since. This has taken us around 18 months. I had originally set about restoring this vehicle for my personal collection, however due to other ventures & storage issues, I have decided to sell.

Here we have a 1957 Diesel version of the series 1. The diesel engine was only introduced into production Landrovers in 1957, so this is a very early & rare series 1 diesel model.

We took painstaking time restoring as I wanted to keep all the original panels & bulk head. Not 1 panel was replace during the process including the bulkhead which are notorious for rot.

The chassis as you can see after sandblasting was in extremely good shape.

Full details of work

It would be easier to say what we haven't done

Body removed from chassis
Chassis stripped & powder coated
Engine removed stripped checked & gaskets replaced
All bodywork panels repaired
All metal work repaired
Electrics checked & overhauled
Basically a full nut & bolt restoration, please enquire if any further questions.

These Series 1 Landrovers values are only going one way. A solid investment that you can also enjoy.
