2005 MG ZT 260 (385) 4.6 V8 SE Roush Supercharged For Sale

1 of 1 - the only Roush Supercharged Shot Silk ZT in the world. 2005 (05 reg) MG ZT 385 4.6 V8 SE Roush Supercharged Saloon Facelift MK2 finished in Monogram Shot Silk As a performance modification the original engine was removed at circa 46k miles, and a complete new engine and gearbox installed. The new engine is the 4.6 litre V8 pre-fitted from the Ford factory with a Roush Supercharger, larger throttle body etc. Crucially it also has an uprated gearbox which is a lot smoother than the usual gear changes in a standard 260. This engine/gearbox package is referred to as a 'Roush Stage 3'. The Traction Control has been permanently disabled (a recommended mod for any supercharged 260 to avoid killing the fuel pump)... Usual SE spec including: Full black leather interior Fully Electric Seats with optional Drivers Memory Cruise Control 18in MG Apex Alloys Multi Function Steering Wheel Electric Windows and Mirrors Remote Central Locking Dual Zone Climate Control Traction Control Multiple Airbags Heated Seats Xenon Headlights and power washers PDC - Park Distance Control Front Foglamps Alarm and Immobiliser This car also has the optional power pack too: Sunroof Power Rear Sunblind (optional) Power Fold Mirrors (optional) Harmon Kardon amp (optional) The front bumper was re-sprayed last year in original MG Rover Shot Silk paint to remove road rash and is a spot-on match. Consequently, stone chips are very minimal. The condition of the paintwork is generally very good for a 2005 car, albeit the lacquer on the roof panel has begun to blister (I suspect from a paint reaction caused by long-term UV exposure). The car is fitted with X-Power exhausts which sound incredible, albeit these are from a ZTT which is why they protrude further - hence the car's nickname.... 'the wheelbarrow'! The car is now on its original plate (VO05 BYY) I can obtain original factory shot silk paint, and have a pair of original x-power side skirts which are available by separate negotiation.
