This particular Citroen ID19 is a rare survivor car - a highly sought after English-built example manufactured in Slough in 1963. Only about 3,500 were made & few remain. This is located in New Zealand.
This car was in dry storage for a number of years and has just received extensive - and I mean extensive - mechanical and body refurbishment to bring her up to scratch, from a master restorer.
She has just completed a 600 mile tour through the North Island and didn't miss a beat. New WOF and fresh rego and she is still on the original black plates she received as a fresh import in 1963.
She is now a blank canvas for the next keeper. The current paintwork is tired but the refurbishment has set her up ready to take to the next level and the new owner will have the joy of choosing the period colour to repaint her in. She'll need some other cosmetic things attended to but all the deep work has been done.
In addition to the tyres currently fitted, she comes with a spare set of brand new Michelin X tyres plus a small selection of other useful parts.
Happy to supply a list of the work done to serious enquirers.
