For sale Austin Healey Sprite MK1 Frogeye, 1958 ,RHD,red with black interior, black soft top and tonneau cover, chassis no. AN55439,
engine no. 9CVH5232. The Sprite was acquired from the UK by the Dutch previous owner 20 years ago. The English owner had the body
restored , photos of this are in a folder.After. the car arrived in Holland the car was used for about 2 years and then stored due to personal reasons. Recently the car saw daylight again is ready to be enjoyed. There is extensive documentation with photos , old green logbook from 1958, workshop manual and driver’s handbook, invoices, Sprite MK1 books and part of the V5 with registration VXK 496. Does anybody in the UK recognise this number? Of course the car is Dutch registered as well and if required export papers can be supplied. The car has the original engine and still has the charming steel wheels with hub caps. The body is sound as well as underneath without rust or rot , however the paint has suffered over the years and would need some attention. The interior is fine with nice seats without rips or tears. The dashboard is original and a period Motorola radio is present .The tonneau cover as well as the soft top are good but the rear window
has yellowed a bit .For seriously interested Sprite fans detailed photos can be mailed and delivery to your home address is INCLUDED in the price.
