Singer 9 hp Le Mans 1933 for sale.
This is a good example of this pretty early 30’s sports car. I have owned it since the late 1960s since when it was given a chassis up rebuild by Ian Blackburn, the leading marque specialist. The engine is a one litre overhead cam Singer designed unit with two zenith carburettors. Brakes are hydraulic.
Part of the rebuild was a complete high quality professional re-spray in its original white colour with dark blue upholstery and wire wheels. It comes with tonneau and hood.
The engine has recently been overhauled with new pistons, plugs, petrol pump etc.
It is fitted with a selectable free-wheel which enables clutchless gear changes of the crash box if that floats your boat!
The car comes with the original logbook, a copy of the owner’s manual and a large number of Singer Owner’s Club magazines.
